Welcome to the Lincoln Park Townhomes located in North Bergen, New Jersey
The Lincoln Park Townhomes are the pride of North Bergen, NJ. We are a condominium but not a highrise. Our condo consist of 60 large and spacious 3 story units. The 3rd floors have 2 bedroms and a master bedroom. Space for a washer and drier. 2nd floors have a large living rooms with a spacious kitchesn. And the 1st floors also have a bedroom, a bathroom and a garage. All units have backyards and attics. Some even have a balcony. Transportation is very convenient: we are less than a mile away from the New Jersey Turnpike and minutes away from the Lincoln Tunnel to New York City. The Condo Board performs various services to our tenants. See some of those services below.
The board collects out low main. fee, keeps the books and administers them. We have our books reviewed by a CPA every year and issue budgets and annual reports.
The board took it upon itself to manage on going repair issues. Roof and road repairs are covered by the maint. fee.
The board also provides management servide to our tenants. We review and issue problems as well as tenant's issues on a monthly basis.
